A semi-independent, comfortable villa, located in a privileged position just a stone's throw from the beautiful white sand beach of Porto Taverna. The entrance with a flight of stairs leading to the veranda overlooking the sea; the house consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, and a back garden. Final cleaning fees (€90) and linen supply fees (€25 per person) are not included in the final price and must be paid upon arrival. The house has a living room and a dining room with a table, sofa and fireplace that communicates with the separate kitchen. From the 2 bedrooms you can access a patio and a small back garden with an outdoor shower, where there is also a small laundry closet with a washing machine. The characteristic bathroom has a shower. Thanks to its unique and quiet location, and its unmistakable panorama, this house is an excellent choice for families with children. On the beach, less than a 5-minute walk from the house, there is a bar and restaurant. In the surrounding area you can find typical restaurants, agritourisms and fish farms to taste the typical dishes. Within a few kilometers you can discover a multitude of beautiful beaches. There is also a small supermarket within walking distance, although it will not be open in the very low season. Larger groups have the opportunity to rent Incredible Veranda... on the beach together with the neighboring "Exclusive sea view villa" (sleeps 6/7) and the nearby "bungalow a stone's throw from the sea" (sleeps 2).
