Our condo is centrally located between Foley and Gulf Shores, offering swift access to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Our condo is perfectly located for those visiting for tournaments or a relaxing beach escape. Guests have access to our supplies, including a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, and pickle ball equipment. The space Our condo is located at the Colony Club at Drake's Landing complex in Gulf Shores, which is a gated community. It is a quiet unit located on the top floor of a two-story building (please note there is one flight of stairs to the condo with no elevator). We updated all of the appliances, furniture, and decor in January 2025! The Colony Club at Drake's Landing is close to everything yet a world away nestled within a pristine, quiet, nature setting...you'll never imagine you are in the heart of the Gulf Shores/Foley area. Beautiful landscaping, sparkling pool, lighted tennis & pickle ball courts, and a newly renovated and spacious fitness center. These are are just a few of the amenities. Our condo is four miles to the beaches, four 1/2 miles to Tanger Outlet Mall, four miles to OWA and Sportsplex, or take in a concert at The Wharf, which is only three and 1/2 miles away from our condo! Everything is within your reach at Colony Club. Colony Club is located on Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59) and County Road 6 in Gulf Shores, convenient to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Foley. Guest access Guests staying at our condo will have access to lighted pickle ball & tennis courts, hot tub (open year round), swimming pool (open year round), newly renovated fitness center, grilling stations, and picnic areas! Other things to note Parking: Please check in at the club house within 24 hours of your arrival. You must purchase a $25 parking pass (one time fee). Please see the arrival guide for additional information on the parking pass. Limited restrictions to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by the condo /HOA association. There are no exceptions. Also, no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts permitted in the designated parking area.
