The house is arranged over two floors and offers bright, comfortable interiors with clearly defined living, dining, and sleeping areas. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining area, and a welcoming living room ideal for spending time together. The villa features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of them en suite, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. Outdoors, the garden is a true highlight, with a swimming pool, sun decks, shaded chill-out areas, a barbecue zone, and space to enjoy long outdoor meals. The layout makes it easy to move between indoor comfort and outdoor living throughout the day. Fast 600 MB Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen, and towels are provided for every stay. Guest access You will have access to basically the entire villa. Other things to note Local tourist tax (EcoTasa) In line with local regulations in the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (EcoTasa) applies. The amount is €2,20 per person per night and is collected separately. This can be settled in cash or by credit card. Pool & garden maintenance The pool and garden are professionally maintained. A member of the maintenance team will access the outdoor areas once or twice per week, usually in the morning, to ensure everything remains in good condition. Parties & events The villa is designed for responsible group stays and socialising, but it is not suitable for parties or events.
