And then set on the second floor veranda and enjoy a good book. The space The house was built in 1910 and we have almost completely updated it. There is a kitchenettes down the hall. Make A cup of coffee and take it out on the second-floor porch to enjoy. The yard is surrounded by an iron fence from 100 years ago. There is plenty of parking. The city bus stop is right on the corner. Marshall University and the downtown area are just a few blocks away. Guest access The Kitchenette which has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and instant hot water dispenser. The second floor porch and the yard.
