A beautiful, modern, bright main floor suite in the heart of Cordova Bay. Walking distance to everything that you might need. Enjoy the views of our peaceful garden farm after a busy day of sightseeing from your private deck! We are a 3 minute walk to one of the most popular beaches in Victoria and everything else is minutes away. Hike up a mountain, cycle the Lochside Trail..... Only 15 minutes to Downtown Victoria, 20 minutes from the ferries and 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens. The space Our place is very close to the shops at Mattick’s Farm and the many other amenities Cordova Bay has to offer, and on a quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac so you will have quiet here. Guest access The suite has a separate entrance with its own private deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The backyard is private and reserved for our family. If you wish to visit the chickens or tour the garden please let us know and we will be pleased to take you around. Once or twice a day, when we are home, the chickens go for a run around the garden for some free time - very entertaining :-) Other things to note The backyard garden beyond your private deck is reserved for our family use only. Of course, please let us know if you'd like a tour and want to meet the chickens! There is no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property or vicinity.
