The home was built circa1875 and is an example of Italianate Renaissance architecture. It is full of history as one of Kincardine's largest and oldest homes, located in the core of town, minutes walk to the beach. Original details remain throughout the home. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated to provide a luxury experience within a historic home. The backyard has a beautiful outdoor pool and private patio space. Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 30yrs or older, no smoking, no parties, no pets. Young families are welcome to stay at Kincardine House. It's the perfect set up for 2 families, or an extended family holiday. Please note however, the house has not been baby proofed, and there are no safety gates on the stairs for toddlers.
