Plus, we have a beautiful backyard & private pool. A spacious private bedroom with en suite bathroom is comfortably furnished with a high quality mattress, 100% cotton bedding and smarts TV. We live in house with our two dogs and host guests while we are there. We work from home at the moment. The space This is a private, Multi-Room listing, not an entire house listing. We live in the home and host guests while we are there. You will stay in one of our 3 private guest bedrooms in the front of the home and have access to 2 private bathrooms during your stay. The backyard, kitchen, dining room and living rooms are shared spaces. We only host one group at a time, and we always strive to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome in our home. We work from home too. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for our master bedroom. Laundry facilities are available for $3 per load, inclusive of detergent. During your stay We love chatting with guests and offering recommendations for things to do in our city. We also understand that some people are shy, so we do our best to respond to each guests' desired level of social interaction. We work from home And are usually here with our two dogs during the day. Other things to note We have 2 amazing dogs Jaxx & Marley. Jaxx is a male 40 pound golden retriever chow mix. Marley is a 70 pound black lab. We are Dog Friendly , but we ask that guests let us know in advance what type of dog(s) they plan to do with the pets when they leave. Also their is an additional pet fee, that will be agreed to before checking in. Please note that this house is NOT BABY-PROOF! We love to decorate for the holidays. In September and October, we have SPOOKY Halloween decorations up in the common areas only. In November and December, we have Christmas decorations up in common areas only, including a real Christmas tree.
