Our home is great for your next getaway in the Orlando area. We are located in a safe & quiet gated community. It conveniently sleeps up to 10 guests. Amenities such as themed bedrooms, private pool, spa, playroom, Wi-Fi, and much more are available. There is also a clubhouse available to all of our guests, which includes access to the breakfast bar, pool, tennis courts, the gym and more. Attractions close by: Disney (5 miles), Epcot (8 miles), Sea World (14 miles), Universal (16 miles) Guest access Free access to the community Clubhouse, swimming pool, Tiki bar and more (please visit the clubhouse for more details). Other things to note This is a self catering house. We provide with starters. Dishwasher tabs, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc ... Guests will need to replenish or obtain items as needed. We offer a pool heater for $45 per day and can only be turned on for the entire stay. The pool heater takes up to 24 hours to fully warm up. The pool temperature will vary depending on the weather, even with the pool heater. If the weather is on the 80’s you might not feel any warmth but there is a thermometer in the water to confirm how warm the pool is. The pool system also runs on a 12 hour cycle (6am - 6pm) This listing is a smoke-free and a pet-free zone. If there are any signs of cigarette smoke or pets, there will be $250 fee. All garbage must be bagged before throwing it out in trash can outside. If there is garbage without bags there will be a $50 fee. Our home can fit up to 8 people comfortably plus 2 extra guests in our sofa bed. If the number of guests exceeds, there will be additional fees of $60 per person and $150 for extra cleaning, if the place is left in bad conditions. Our driveway can fit up to 2 cars. There is no parking on lawns or blocking sidewalks. Cars cannot be left on the street after 10pm, any other time there is a 2 hour limit. These policies are enforced by the resort and can result in towing and other fines. If needed, there is extra parking by the clubhouse area.
