There is a lovely mineral springs hot tub with seating for 4 comfortably that u it’s kept heated and clean year round, a refreshing cold pool, an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water options, two fire pits and outhouse, horseshoes a hammock and much more. Towels, linens and vortex vibrations provided. Pet friendly for a fee but no walls to the Wild West so best suited for pets that tend to keep close or like chilling indoors. Also 4/20 friendly, smoking outside only. If you forgot something don't worry, it's probably in one of the drawers. The Giant Rock meeting room is a local brewery/pizzeria nearby with live music on weekends, one of the best restaurants in all of CA is also nearby called LaCopine (a must), the INTEGRETRON is also nearby with healing sound baths and of course...the worlds second largest free standing boulder GIANT ROCK (which actually looks kinda small from the top of Goat Mountain, a local hike just ( minutes away with wonderful views of the surrounding area. Joshua Tree National Park is only 15-20 minutes of scenic drive away. Note: The cleaning fee is to maintain the ultimate full service polished experience in a extremely private remote area and includes literally everything: 24-7 contact with the property manager, including last minute house calls for any questions concerns etc. Pool and hot tub service and maintenance (makes it always perfectly clean heated and ready for fun) fire pit servicing, laundry and all cleaning of the property. GROUPS: Groups over 6 people are doable but require some contact prior to visit. The house is great for two couples or a small family of 4. Possible 8 with use of couches and air mattresses. We have a tent and mats for use (self set up) for groups of 6 or more. Due to keeping the intense magic of this area less obstructed -no vendor events or groups over 25. Happy to discuss all events though! ;) CLEANING: We use bleach/water solution and other disinfectant to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between all stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a very intense temperature of at least 60°C/140°F. Plenty of room for social distancing measures are available. 5 acres! No neighbors nearby! :) Guests are provided with hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are used. We also open the windows and air out property for a day or two between guests.
