Comfortable guest cottage with direct waterfront views of Lemon Bay! Catch a glimpse of dolphin, manatee, osprey & a beautiful sunset from your patio or window. Located in Old Englewood, we are just south of historic Dearborn Street with it's quaint shops, art galleries, festivals, restaurants, bars & live music. Nearby watersport rentals & activities galore. Just a short drive to your free parking & private beach access on Manasota Key! The space Your off-street parking is just steps away from the cottage. Access is with touch pad, so no need to keep track of a key. The full kitchen and BBQ grill allow you to prepare meals or bake goodies to your heart's content...but don't let that keep you from some amazing local restaurants! I'll be happy to share some of my favorites with you. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage, private outdoor sitting area and grill. Spend the day on the beach or catch the sunset with your private parking space and private beach access on Manasota Key! Other things to note Additional amenities supplied in the cottage are beach towels, collapsible (camp) chairs, beach chairs and a small soft-side cooler for your day trips. If you should need to launder your personal items, there is a local laundromat just blocks away. If your stay is longer than a week, I will wash bedding and towels for you. If you would like the provided beach or bath towels laundered during your shorter stay, I will be happy to do so upon request. Please carefully read the cancellation policy. The wording is pre-determined by Airbnb and could be a little confusing. 'Free Cancellation' means that if you book more than two weeks in advance and cancel WITHIN 48 HOURS of making that booking (provided it is still 14 days before check-in), the cancellation is free and a full refund is given. Please note: Except in cases of imminent, powerful hurricane on the Gulf coast, weather is not an extenuating circumstance that would lead me to waive my cancellation policy. Tropical storms and rain events are a part of Florida living.
