Access to the house is either by two stairways with 2 to 4 steps. Equipped with WI-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen utilities. . Private access to the beach and free parking for 2 cars inside the property. Linens, cookware, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, bath towels, toiletries and beach towels are provided. We have a small black water tank, so we have to limit the number of guests staying at the property. A $200 fee will be charged to the total fees if more than 4 guests are using the property due to unscheduled black water tank cleanup. Access to the house is through one of two staircases with 2 to 4 steps. If you have mobility difficulties, this could be a bit difficult but not impossible. The property is surrounded by a fence with a private gate that gives access to the beach. You can park your car inside the property. Parking on the sand is prohibited. Please keep pets and children under supervision at all times. **For security reasons, you will be asked to provide basic information about ALL guests and valid IDs. Failure to provide this information will automatically cancel your stay at the property. There will be no refund in this case. Parties are prohibited on the property. This property is constantly monitored. If you have a party or there are too many guests (more than 4 people without prior authorization), you will be charged an additional $200 to the total of your rate for emptying the septic tank out of time and/or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
