Roches Noires and a quiet place that is by the sea on the north east coast of the island. The villa is 10 minutes from Rivière du Rempart where there are various shops, stores, a supermarket and various food courts. Post office, pharmacies etc. The villa is a 5-minute drive from Azuri, a smart city where there is a Golf Club, there are restaurants and the hotel if you want to spend a day or evening there. The space The entire ground floor is for the guest. The only common area is the back garden where we have 1 parking space for the car. The guest has their privacy. There are 2 dogs circulating in the back garden which is common. The main doors must always be closed after use. This is for safety. The dogs are locked up in the evening. The beach is located in front of the villa and the guest can enjoy a sunrise and a moonrise in front of their home. They can enjoy activities at sea if they wish through reservations. But the good thing is, they'll have direct access to the beach from their home. And will benefit from the calm and relaxing place. The beach and sea are for friends and neighbors, but the guest has their own personal deck chair corner. The guest will have the housekeeping service for cleaning for 1.5 hours 3 times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (excluding Sunday and public holidays she does not work.) The guest can enjoy a small mobile barbecue on the beach in front of the villa if they wish. They can also order fresh fish, lobsters or squid if they wish through the local fishermen. They come to the house if requested. 5 minutes by car there is Azuri Smart City where the guest can go to play sports or enjoy the place and have a meal if they wish. Every 30 minutes there is a bus that passes on the coastal road and takes you to the nearest villages of Roches Noires, Flacq, Goodlands, Rivière du Rempart. Guest access The villa is a duplex, the guest has access to the ground floor, the front garden that they can enjoy. The back garden is shared as there is parking for the guest and my parking for my car. There are 2 instructions to respect the gate of the main courtyard and that of the main entrance of the villa which must always be closed after their use because of 3 dogs that sometimes circulate in the backyard. This is a security measure. As soon as you return home to the ground floor, you will have all your privacy. Other things to note Upon arrival, the customer will have some basic food to facilitate their stay such as (milk, coffee, sugar, tea, cereals, 1 juice, 1 beer, 1 11.5-liter mineral water cartridge with a water fountain at the disposal of the customer who will then "refill" with the purchase of the 2nd cartridge according to their consumption during their stay).
