Other things to note FLOOR: Our unit on this listing at 12th floor, offering a generally peaceful environment. However, due to the property's central location, noise from nearby construction or unexpected renovations in neighboring units may occur. Additionally, the walls are not fully soundproof, which may result in intermittent noise from the hallway. WASHER and SPIN-DRYER in One: May not fully dry the laundries but we have clothes rack and hanger in the unit to hang your clothes. VISITORS: Only 2 visitors allowed from 9am-11pm. Strictly no switching of guests once checked in. DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Please bring a valid ID upon arrival. AGE REQUIREMENT: Please note that minors are allowed to check-in if they're accompanied by adults (18 yr old above) inside the unit.
