Beautiful 4 bedrooms duplex of around 90 m2, with additional 20m2 rooftop, fully equipped and furnished, on the second and last floor of a 19th century villa located in the most sought after area of Cannes, the Pointe Croisette, 200 meters from all shops... and the sea ! The space The duplex is on the top floor of a 2 storey villa with private entrance and parking. One side faces the garden and the other the courtyard. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level. The kitchen and dining room are on the top level, with the patio on the roof. A gas barbecue is available on the patio. Please note that gas tanks are not provided though. You can either buy it yourself at the closest gas station (600 yards) or ask us to provide one for 20 euros (makes 6 or 7 BBQ). When the BBQ is used, it is mandatory that the travelers thoroughly clean it before leaving, otherwise a 25 euros fee will apply.
