Located between Coronado Island and Imperial Beach on a small spit of land surrounded by water. Walking distance to beach, playgrounds, tennis courts and pool. Lots of things to see and do in the area for couples; wine districts in both Mexico and Temecula, great restaurants, plus 100 micro breweries, beautiful nature areas for hiking or exploring, and of course 4 miles of unspoiled beach. The house is light with large sliding glass doors towards the yard in the kitchen and in the living room. Living room has a gas fireplace and the house is equipped with AC and all house water filtration system. Upstairs bedrooms have partial ocean views and we're close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing in on the beach. The entire house except for the master suit and office on second floor. You can use any of the following to maximize your time here at my house: - Washer and dryer in the garage - 2 bicycles, adult - 2 kayaks - beach chairs - beach towels - all linens for bed and bathroom The area pool is only a short 5 min walk away and you have access to tennis courts which are also at a walking distance. I will be reachable via email and text. I have great neighbors though and you will meet one upon check-in so feel free to ask any questions that you might have. We live in a gated community just a short 10 min. car drive south from Coronado Village. This is a quiet and beautiful area with plenty of parking on the streets and a lot less traffic than the Village, which gets kind of crazy in the Summer. The MTS bus stop right outside the gate also runs every half hour or just use our bikes and take the bike trail up to Coronado or south to Imperial Beach. Minimum stay is 26 days due to local laws. Gardening crew will come to mow the lawn once or every other week, depending on the month you're staying there.
