About 8km from the hustle & bustle of Manali Mall Road, ours is an offbeat and cosy hostel-cum-homestay in the middle of apple orchards, offering sweeping views of the valleys & mountains of Kullu-Manali. This place is also home to a friendly doggo named Riley. Our carefully-crafted, well-furnished private rooms with wooden interiors & delicious meals promise a wholesome experience to the travellers. We have stable WiFi with speeds up to 55 MBPS. Airtel and Jio work seamlessly here. Once you say "Yes" for any meal or place an order for any item, it will not be cancelled because we are against food wastage and we expect the guests to respect the same. Please refer to online maps or contact us in case you face any problem locating us. *Check-in time: After 12:00 NOON Check-out time: Before 11: 00 AM *Check-in formalities: Full payment of the accommodation price at the property at the time of check-in. *Check-out formalities: Full and final payment at the property before leaving the premise of The Hideout Hiraeth. *Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, and are only allowed at an extra charge. And while the guests (also “You” or “They”) are welcome to enjoy music and have fun, they are expected to do it in a way that does not disrupt the peace, privacy, and the overall experience of other guests or the neighbourhood. *We do not provide porter services. And therefore, we are not responsible to help you carry your luggage. So, please AVOID carrying big suitcases/trolley bags. And if you can't avoid that, please ensure that you take the full responsibility to carry/port your luggage yourself. *Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the closed common spaces. *We are strictly against the use of shoes or slippers inside the property. *We have a pet named Riley--a very friendly dog who doesn't like to stay on a leash but does not enter inside the property either. If you or your fellow travellers are completely uncomfortable or allergic to pets, you may reconsider your decision to book your stay at our place. Also, kindly do not feed her, take her for a walk, anything without our permission. *We are happy to provide the guests with a hot water facility, high-speed WiFi internet, and power-backed charging sockets facility in some common areas. However, there could be those days when there might be long power cuts, internet downtime, etc. due to incessant rains, snowfall, and other factors beyond our control. So, in such situations, we do not take the responsibility for any such hindrances, disruptions, or delays in the services and facilities that are otherwise made available at our place. *We try to keep our place squeaky clean and very peaceful, but there could be times when both these aspects may get impacted due to reasons like construction work in the neighbourhood, events on special occasions at the property, marriage parties at the nearby hotels, etc. We don't take any responsibility for this since such events and activities are completely out of our control. *Using personal electric heaters, iron, and other electrical appliances without our permission is strictly prohibited. If found out by us, the applicable fine shall be imposed which will be added to the guest’s final bill. *As mentioned above, we already have a pet doggo, which makes it difficult for us to allow other pets at our place. That's why, we just cannot allow other pets at our place. We apologise in advance for that. *Kindly do not take possession of anything without our permission unless, of course, you are its owner. *We are fine with drinks and smoke. Just one thing: PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANY ALCOHOLIC/DRUNK DRAMA WITHIN THE PREMISE OF THE PROPERTY. IT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED, ESPECIALLY IF IT CAUSES PROBLEMS TO OTHER GUESTS, STAFF, OR OUR NEIGHBOURS. *Offering alcohol/narcotics to the property staff members, directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited. If found out, a complaint will be filed against the offender(s) with the Manali Police Station and the offender shall be asked to check out from the property immediately. *Children ( below 18 years) are NOT ALLOWED at the property. *Any damage, including hard-to-remove stains, spillages on carpets and linen at the property shall have to be monetarily compensated for by you. *We expect our guests to respect house rules which are put in place keeping in mind the surroundings, the neighborhood, the property maintenance factors, the law of the land, and other guests' convenience at the property. In case of any deliberate act of disregard for the aforementioned mannerism, we reserve the absolute right to take action befitting action, including filing a complaint with the Manali Police Station, and DTO, District Kullu, Manali Tourism Office. *Most important of all, be assured that we reciprocate your vibe and aura.
