This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a one-of-a-kind 3 acre property which includes a pavilion beside our 1 acre pond and small beach area for you to enjoy. You will also get to experience gorgeous views of the pond from the house, large deck & screened porch located on the rear of the home. If you are a group or large family looking for a getaway, this is the perfect place for you. If you are a group looking for a place to throw a party, this is unfortunately not the place for you. The space Hi! Thank you for being here! We would be honored if you chose to stay at our guesthouse. My husband and I, along with our 3 children, live on the same property in a barn apartment that is not attached to the guesthouse. Please note; the guesthouse and apartment share the same driveway, but both have their own separate parking areas. Interactions are typically initiated by our guests, as our wish is to provide as much space and privacy as possible. However, if you see us out and about, feel free to say hi! We love meeting our guests! We are approximately 15-20 minutes from Sight and Sound Theaters and Tanger Outlets. Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse is 8 minutes from here. Lapp Valley Farm ice cream is 3 minutes! Additionally, check out our guidebook for more recommendations! Guest access The pond, pavillion, gazebo, and 1 + acre of yard is not shared with the apartment, and is all yours to enjoy during your stay here. There is a backstop at the far corner of the property; perfect for a game of pickle ball, kickball, etc. (Bases included, bring your own bats and balls.) Other things to note NO GUESTS OF GUESTS. Guests stopping by at anytime without permission and/or are not listed on the reservation are trespassing. NO ANIMALS/PETS. INFORMATION ABOUT THE POND: Guests understand that these amenities do not provide any lifesaving devices, lifeguards, etc. Use of these amenities are at guests' own risk. Do not sit on indoor furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. Bring your own towel for the Pond - No Bath Towels at the Pond. Brush all sand off before entering the building. The bathroom behind the family room may be used when you are enjoying time by the pond. Please do not go upstairs in wet clothing. When using the kayak, please be responsible & put it back in the sandy area. The paddles are on the side of pavillion and & life vest are hung on hooks in the pavilion. Do NOT jump off the kayak or paddle boat. NO FISHING. The charcoal grills in the pavilion are for your convience. Please provide your own charcoal and firewood.
