Ideal for up to 6 people, it offers a welcoming and peaceful environment for families, groups, or business travelers. Please note that, to ensure the peace and comfort of all guests, parties and events are not permitted. On the ground floor you will find: An open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking while staying in touch with friends and family. One bedroom with a double bed, ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet. Direct access to a shaded, fully enclosed garden, perfect for spending time with family or friends and letting the kids play safely. Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms are waiting for you: - Bedroom 2: Double bed and desk area, convenient for working or studying. - Bedroom 3: Double bed with desk for a quiet and functional space. - Bedroom 4: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a queen-size bed as needed. Bring your bed linen and towels (as they are not provided). A toilet is also available on the landing for added convenience. Each space has been designed to combine comfort, functionality, and conviviality, offering a serene and pleasant setting. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the fully enclosed garden, ensuring privacy and comfort. The house is located in the heart of Carmaux, offering easy access to all amenities: shops, restaurants, cafés, and local transportation. You can get around the city center on foot or explore the surrounding area of the Tarn by car. Parking is free and easily accessible in the immediate vicinity of the house. Access is secure and convenient: guests have all the keys they need to come in and out as they please. The property is completely private, allowing you to enjoy a self-contained, peaceful, and comfortable stay.
