Artist Character Home : private space

Artistic, unique character home located in the heart of the hip neighbourhood in the city. Private space on ground level and a separate entrance with a beautiful garden. Even though it says shared room, the only area shared is the washing machine and dryer. There is also a storage room with my artwork where guests can leave their luggage and bikes. There is a couch that can be used as a bed if need be. The space Unique Edwardian home over 100 years old in the most coveted area in this part of town. Quiet, peaceful location but close to downtown and transit. Artist's home with studio in the backyard. Lots of original art on the walls to enjoy, and studio visits and private art classes are available. The artwork gracing your walls was painted mainly by me and is for sale. Message me and I will let you know the prices. The garden is yours, and it feels expansive and idyllic in a dense urban environment. The space would be categorized as a basement, but it is ground level. Guest access Garden, sitting areas, laundry room and a place to store bike safely. During your stay I am very friendly and approachable. I give my guests their private space, but will be as friendly as you would like me to be. Other things to note My house is over one hundred years old and still has its character and charm. There is lots of original art hanging on the walls, and your space is stocked with every convenience, but imperfection is its perfection. It is a ground-floor basement. The two windows are at waist level. I have a beautiful garden that is right at your entrance for you to sit in and enjoy. There is a new forced-air furnace, and I turn it on for the cooler seasons. You can hear it, and it may be a concern for you. Should I bring earplugs? If you stay more than one week, I would be happy to share my cleaner to do some light housekeeping for no extra charge. For more in-depth cleaning, there are cleaning supplies in your space for your use. There are extra bed sheets and towels. If you want to book for more than a week and need a full kitchen, though it is possible to prepare breakfast and lunch in your space, and every type of restaurant is a couple of blocks away, I am happy to work with you around sharing my kitchen.
