Private, Charming, Loft at Ranch di Serenita

Great for couples (2 adults only, no children under 18) or executives on business. The Loft is a lovely, private retreat above our detached garage located here at Ranch di Serenita. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself! The space The Loft is roomy (900 sf), quiet, private, and serene. The bed is very comfy, and there is a sectional couch with plenty of room to spread out and watch a movie. Ranch di Serenita is in a country setting surrounded by woods yet just 10 minutes from town where all your wants and needs can be met. You WON'T be disappointed! There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on the property at any time! Guest access You will have the code to the keyless entry so you may come and go as you please. Feel free to enjoy the grounds. You may visit the chickens or go feed the horses an apple if you wish. We also have 2 acres of wooded trails and a pond you may explore. We have a designated parking spot for guests. Other things to note We have a 55" big screen TV with Roku connection to the internet. It is streamed through Spectrum so you can watch all channels they offer and Netflix or you may watch a movie from our selection of DVDs or bring your own. The kitchenette includes a small fridge and a microwave. Please note there is no oven/stove and we do not allow cooking in The Loft other than what you can cook in the microwave. Plates, bowls, cups and silverware are provided. A coffee bar offers Kuerig with kcups. Tea bags, hot cocoa, popcorn, breakfast bars, oatmeal, bottled water, are all provided as well.
