Also available a shared covered deck area off your studio kitchen door with water basin and space suitable for rainy days or outdoor shaving etc. The main house is off-limits. Close to the local mineral spring where you can picnic and enjoy country walks. Other things to note As the studio setting is on 20acres of farming and wooded area 5 mins from Daylesford + Hepburn Springs please download and watch the Vic Emergency app for bushfire/storm and other warnings especially in summer. We are also mindful of the climate, environment,power usage and our water supply from rainwater tanks. Awareness of local wildlife eg occasional kangaroos / insects/reptiles etc whilst driving/walking/ picnicking especially at dawn/dusk is your responsibility. Pls wear shoes when walking on the property grassed areas. No candles/incense indoors and studio indoors is a smoke free zone.Safety indoors and outdoors is your personal responsibility. Tea/coffee /soap /loo paper/towel provisions supplied up to 7 days for longer stays. Food scraps/cooking fat place in bin outside pls. For weekly /monthly stays a free weekly linen change provided. French doors -use outside latches to secure them if open. No parties/events/drugs on-site.
