'By the Sea' Apartment Number 3

This apartment is very popular. It is 50 square meters and it is literally on the beach, by the sea. You have the luxury to go for swimming whenever you wish. The town centre is very close: It is only 10-15 minutes away, on foot, or 5-10 minutes away, by car. The apartment has almost everything for you to have a comfortable, enjoyable and unforgettable stay. During your stay, keeping the apartment clean is your own responsibility. Clean bed sheets and bath towels are being provided. The space The apartment is quite spacious, having a total space of around 50 square meters. The indoor space consists of 2 rooms: -A bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a chest drawer. -Another multipurpose room containing a sofa converting to a double bed or 2 single beds, a TV, air conditioner, refridgerator, freezer, kitchenette with hobs and oven, fire extinguisher, wi-fi, dining table, etc. Of course, there is also a separate private bathroom-toilet, with a shower. There is a front garden, shared with the other tenants, as well. Furthermore, there is a terrace at the back of the building giving you direct access to the rocky part of the beach. Last, there is a free parking area, within our premises, for you, to park your car/motorbike. Guest access In addition to the private indoor space, our guests also have free access to all common areas including: the front garden, the garage/free parking space and the terrace at the back of the apartments. Other things to note Because of the apartment location, you have the luxury of going for swimming whenever you wish. The sea is just next to you. There is a terrace at the back of the apartment, giving you direct access to the rocky part of the beach and the sea, for you to explore. Furthermore, there is an outdoor furniture set, for you to enjoy your iced coffee, relaxing at the front garden area. Moreover, free wi-fi is being offered so that you can browse the internet or read through your email whenever you wish and as much as you like. Last but not least, free garage is being offered within our premises so that you can conveniently park your car/motorcycle without worrying about finding an available parking space, elsewhere.
