Bedroom with private shower

The room is quietly located, on the edge of the village, right by reeds and forest. Lake Pfäffikersee can be reached in 10 minutes by bus; the place is well suited as a starting point for trips or for hikes in the Zurich Oberland. The adjacent tennis court can be reserved for guests via GotCourt. The space In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer and I use the toilet during the day. The shower is for the exclusive use of the guests. The kitchen use for breakfast is included in the room price. Further kitchen and dining room use for dinner is possible for an extra charge: from 4.- for the preparation of a meal, 6.- for all-day use. I can offer a second room if this is desired. This room has a 90 cm wide bed. It is not fully equipped for Airbnb, as my drums are also in it. It can be booked for a second person for a few days and for an additional 30.00 per night. For weekly stays (Mon-Fri) in monthly rent: 35% discount. For a monthly rental period, I would like to get to know the person first. A reservation of 2 weeks is desired.
