Corner4, A stunning chalet offering 4 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, with enormous open living room and undoubtedly the most incredible scenery. Offering the highest levels of comfort, only 6 mins by car to Morzine Town Centre to bars, cafes & restaurants. We are perfectly located far enough away from the town, close enough to the action if needed but spoilt rotten with space, scenery and absolute comfort. Suits large families/mixed groups wanting to enjoy this stunning part of the world. The space Corner 4 is a purpose-built, family run, self-contained, luxury holiday chalet and in July 2024 received another 5* rating from the Tourist Board. Next door, live your hosts, meaning that they are on hand for any help or advice that you may need during your stay. Upon arrival at your chalet, you will enter through your own lobby, where you will find 4 large en-suite guest bedrooms (with zip-link beds, which can be made up as a King or 2 singles), along with an enormous games room. An oak staircase leads to the large lounge / dining room, kitchen along with terrace and outdoor space. It's tranquil, stylish, spacious and the perfect place to unwind. Perfect for Families with children wanting to explore the high adrenaline adventures that Morzine has to offer. Guest access During both the Winter & Summer months, the chalet is offered as a Sole Occupancy Self catered property. We are 6minutes from the centre of Morzine, and the property has a perfect, quiet location, but still close to everything you need. Other things to note This is a Summer listing of the property, but more recent reviews for the Winter season can be found on our Winter listing. It is important to note that Morzine is a ski and summer resort, and so the availability of amenities may vary depending upon the season. Interseason is May, June, September, October & November) The jacuzzi is available for guest use and is a lovely way to relax after a day in the mountains. However, during the warmer months (May to September inclusive), due to high energy tariffs in the French Alps, we apply a fee of £150 per stay to cover heating, cleaning and servicing. In winter, the hot tub is included in the nightly tariff. Please let us know in advance if you’d like it prepared for your stay. Corner 4 is located in a quiet hamlet, just outside of Morzine; for this reason, we strongly recommend that guests have access to their own transportation. As Self Catering guests, it is important to know that the supply of Food, Drink, Kitchen products, Toilet Rolls and other disposable products, must all be supplied by yourselves, the client. Also, with it's tranquil location, we do not allow Stag, Hen or Corporate parties onto the property.
