Bungalow Beautiful

Hello! I offer a great value close to Chicago. Public transport going downtown, it’s approximately 45 minutes. My location is beyond my control. Please read my reviews carefully, and plan carefully! I offer you an amazing value but…. I can’t help location! Grocery stores: 20 minute walk. Nitelife: Walkable to some restaurants, bars and cafés (Fitzgerald’s, Friendly Tap). Cat Alert: I have a cat so if I have to leave for a day I may require a pet sitter/ family member to feed my The space The Location of my place makes it close to down town on the "L". I live in the home, I want to make sure that you have your own space as much as possible. The location is serene and calm. My house is described as "cozy" and "welcoming". Wood floors, a kitchen with stocked breakfast snacks, coffee, as well as tea awaits. I will be available to assist you prior to your stay. Public transportation is close by, and street parking is available or garage space as well with prior arrangements. This Beautiful brick home has a Living room and dining room that is available for you to use. The available bedroom is Spacious and is on the main floor of the home. This listing has a shared full bath, spacious kitchen, and hardwood floors. Please note— the laundry is in the basement. Guest access Guests staying a month or longer can have access to the basement laundry washer and dryer only. During your stay I will be there for you when you need me through text or in person. I'm a pretty social person but I understand that not everybody wants to be hanging out with their host so I am fine letting you discover the house on your own terms. There may be instructions left for checking in if I am not available to do so. Other things to note Let me know if you have any allergies or any preferences to coffee making or tea or noise levels or anything else you think is important for me to know. Also, Please help yourself to kitchen utensils, glassware, and the refrigerator. Long term guests are expected to plan on a more formal arrangement for a month or longer. Although you can receive a discount, Amenities such as toiletries, breakfast food, clean linens are the responsibility of the guest after a week’s stay. Kitchen and laundry use are available. To preserve the beautiful wood flooring in this Bungalow I request that no shoes are worn in the house during your stay. Thank you for your consideration.
