Pink Room in a local home (minimum service)

We rent a very simple room in our house. We are a very kind couple. We have health concerns and we will ask you to come with your bedding or sleeping bag and towels. You won't have access to the kitchen or microwave. Please note that the bathroom is shared. We are 700 m from the city center and the train station. The ferry is 7 minutes by bike. For cyclists, bicycles will be attached in our garden. The space The bedroom has a kettle (with tea, coffee), a table, two chairs, a single bed. There is no TV. The room is inside our house, next to the toilet. There is a risk of a small noise nuisance if you are hypersensitive. Guest access The bathroom and toilet are located next to the bedroom in the shared dwelling house. If you come by car, please park on a street perpendicular to ours, and if you come by bike, please lock it in our garden behind our house. As for the location, a 22-minute walk will take you to the port and the ferry to reach the Verdon, and in less than 15 minutes on foot you will have access to a U Express supermarket, the beach, the tourist office, the train station, the language school... During your stay We remain available to advise you on our beautiful region. Other things to note Please read the description carefully and ask us any questions you may have before you check in.
