Historic villa in Casentino

Palazzo Gatteschi is a historic residence surrounded by the natural landscape of the Casentino, ideal for large groups, extended families and stays with friends. The villa offers spacious indoor areas for exclusive use, bedrooms with private bathrooms and large shared living spaces designed for socialising. The outdoor areas – garden, park and swimming pool – are shared with guests of three independent apartments within the property. The location is strategic for exploring the Casentino area. The space The villa is arranged over two floors and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests, with the following internal layout: Ground floor Fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, lounges and shared living areas. First floor TV lounge, one quadruple bedroom and one triple bedroom. Second floor Two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and one quadruple bedroom. All bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom. All indoor areas of the villa, including the dining room and shared spaces, are for the exclusive use of villa guests. Next to the villa there are three apartments with completely independent access. Some outdoor areas of the property, in particular the garden, swimming pool and park, are shared with the apartment guests. Parking is located within the property, fully fenced and reserved for guests. Important information Heating From October to May, heating costs are not included and are charged according to actual consumption, based on meter readings taken on arrival and departure. Swimming pool The swimming pool is open from 20 May to 30 September, from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. Linen Each bedroom is provided with bed linen, towels and a small hand soap set. Personal toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or specific hygiene products are not included. Guest access Access to the villa is easy and flexible: guests can use self check-in with secure access codes for complete independence, or be personally welcomed by the host at scheduled times.
