Welcome to the Aaseelounge! Just a minute walk to the beautiful Aasee? By foot, with a bike or taking the bus to the Prinzipalmarkt? Everything is possible! We offer: -Borrow a bicycle -Bus station closeby -Free parking next to the house -Free linen (please bring your own towels!) -Fully equipped kitchen -Master bedroom with a huge bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) -Wifi - fridge & microwave The space The (bedroom / living) room (approx. 18 square meters) including a small bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are located in a quiet 54 square meter basement apartment and is designed for one person. In the bedroom / livingroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a (dining) table with two chairs. In the apartment there is another room that is used by the owners as an office and livingroom. The basement apartment is entered via a separate entrance. You will get the key personally but in case we won´t be there - it´s no problem. We keep the key in a safe which can be opened with a pin code which we will let you know briefly before your stay. We prefer to welcome you personally but if this is not possible we will inform you in advance and give you all information necessary for a relaxed stay. Please bring your own towels. Guest access You can enter our apartment through a separate entrance. We would be happy to hand over the keys personally, should that not be possible - no problem either. We'll put the key in an accessible safe and we'll give you the PIN shortly before check-in. During your stay We prefer to welcome you personally but if this is not possible we will inform you in advance and give you all information necessary for a relaxed stay. Other things to note The city of Muenster applies an accommodation tax of 4.5% for tourists, which we pay and which is already charged with the total sum. Business travelers / students with proof / professional travelers / are exempted from the accommodation tax. For this reason, we will send you a form of the city of Münster, which must be completed.
