Located in a quiet, small apartment building, these 3 rooms (kitchen, living room and bedroom plus bathroom) can become your home away from home, close to the ZOLLVEREIN COLLIERY. The space The apartment consists of a cozy living room as well as a bedroom with a French bed and a modern bathroom with tub. For storage and preparation of food, a fridge-freezer, an electric stove with oven, a kettle and a coffee maker are at your disposal. There is also a dishwasher. A TV is available for entertainment. Thanks to FAST Wi-Fi, all public service programs can also be received online on your own laptop via LIVE STREAMING. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is exclusively at your disposal. The house entrance is on the back of the building. Check-in and check-out are by prior arrangement. All guests must identify themselves upon arrival. Other things to note Your apartment is located in a quiet house. This guarantees that you can rest here after a long day. In the same way, however, you are expected to behave as quietly as possible in the apartment, not play loud music and not celebrate parties. But of course it's absolutely okay if you listen to music, just not so loud that others feel disturbed. The apartment is suitable for solo travelers or couples. If necessary, the sofa in the living room can be folded into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional 2 people. The sofa is firm, but the lying surface is not very large. Therefore, the sofa bed is only suitable for young, newly in love couples or for one or two accompanying children. (However, if you wish, I can provide 2 more mattresses that can be placed on the floor in the large bedroom or in the living room. So you can stay with up to 6 people in the apartment if necessary.) One more thing to note: The apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. However, the staircase and the building facade are old and therefore not very chic. Renovations are imminent here. The previously not so chic exterior of the house is reflected in the favorable price of this apartment. All in all, you get a very nice and cozy apartment at a very reasonable price! However, if a chic exterior is important to you for a successful overall experience, this apartment may not be the right one for you. NOTE on booking at the END OF THE YEAR: Unfortunately, short bookings are not possible over Christmas and New Year's Eve. Please send me a request with your desired dates.
