Studio in Lake Charter Township in Bridgman just outside of the city limits. Close to weko beach, Warren Dunes, Wineries. Studio has a cooktop and limited cooking supplies a microwave and a mini fridge. The space is completely private. The only shared areas is a common entry to the two apartments and if you wish to utilize the outdoor space. This is a 3 unit apartment and all 3 units have access to the outdoors. You will have private access to the full studio apartment All of the studio apartment I am available for questions but you will access on your own with a lockbox. This is just outside the Bridgman city limits with a short drive to grocery store, restaurants and the beach! There is no cable TV only a TV with Wifi. The long term tenant next door does have a dog that lives on site.
