Inside, the glow of the indoor fireplace creates a warm refuge, offering space to unwind after exploring Sonoma’s nearby tasting rooms. Evenings invite slow moments, whether you curl up with a book or sink into the hot tub’s steam under crisp night skies. Sleeping arrangements Designed for up to seven guests, the home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bath, and private balcony overlooking the vines. Two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bath, while a fourth room serves as an office or reading nook with a queen futon. Clothing storage includes a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser. Outdoor living Set within more than 100 acres of vineyards, the property provides year-round scenery suited to the winter season. The private hot tub is open from 8 AM to 9 PM and offers a warm retreat with vineyard views. The private outdoor pool is available May to September, also from 8 AM to 9 PM. A private patio and backyard include outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area, and sun loungers for warmer months. Kitchen and dining A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stainless steel stove and oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee makers for both drip and Nespresso, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics and a dining table make it easy to gather indoors, especially on cooler evenings. Wine glasses and barbecue utensils support relaxed, vineyard-inspired meals. Living areas and amenities Indoor spaces offer a comfortable retreat during the cooler season, with an indoor fireplace, TV, sound system, books, reading material, and board games. The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, a free washer and dryer, and essential linens and toiletries. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Neighborhood Just ten minutes from Sonoma Plaza, you have easy access to tasting rooms, cafés, and restaurants, while still enjoying the serenity of vineyard surroundings. A small café and grocery store are within walking distance, though most outings are easiest by car. The private entrance and quiet setting make it ideal for peaceful, unhurried days. Guest experience This adult-oriented retreat offers a calm environment without pets, creating a peaceful space for rest and reflection. Whether soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a fireside evening, or taking in winter vineyard views from the deck, you can settle into the slower rhythms of the season. Long term stays are allowed, and self check-in is available through a lockbox. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, including: ✅ The entire house – all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and TV room ✅ The infinity deck with stunning vineyard views ✅ The pool and hot tub for ultimate relaxation ✅ Outdoor seating and dining areas for al fresco meals ✅ Parking on-site for 4 vehicles Please note: 🚫 No access to the garage, storage space, or owner's closet, unless doing laundry 🚫 Hot tub hours. No use 10pm-7am. 🚫 The hot tub remote is currently not working as of 8/1/25 and will not be fixed due to the complexity of the unit, to turn the hot tub on and off, we will ask you to walk about 10-12 feet down to the main control to turn it on and off. We do apologize for this inconvenience. 🚫 Pool is not recommended October through March. Pool is not heated, if you would like it heated, it would be an extra $100/day and only for a 5 day or more reservation. Other things to note Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful surroundings by keeping noise to a minimum after 9 PM. Hot tub: The hot tub REMOTE is currently not working as of 8/1/25 and will not be fixed due to the complexity of the unit, to turn the hot tub on and off, we will ask you to walk about 10-12 feet down to the main control to turn it on and off. We do apologize for this inconvenience. The jets are not very strong, this is more of a soaking tub. Pool: The pool is NOT heated, but it warms up nicely during the Summer thanks to plenty of sunshine. Water temperatures typically range from 70-80 degrees, offering a refreshing way to cool off on hot days. During winter: October through March, if you would like it heated, it would be an extra $125/day and only for a 5 day or more reservation. 4th Bed: The 4th bed is a futon sleeper in the office right off the family room. Wildlife: This area is home to local wildlife, including birds, deer, and occasional coyotes. Please be mindful when outdoors. Wine-Tasting Recommendations: We’re happy to share our favorite wineries and local experiences! Just ask. Weather: Sonoma Valley can get quite hot in the summer months, so make sure to stay hydrated and use sunscreen when enjoying outdoor spaces. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee is charged to ensure the house is ready for the next guests. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM.
