Much of the cabin’s original vibe was maintained with vintage furniture, decor and art work, as well as some modern touches were added throughout the home. Original wood beamed ceilings, wood shutters, wood details, stone gas fireplace and a comfortable Mid century modern decor. Open floor plan with living room/dining area/kitchen all connected. Bedroom 1:Master with king bed and new Casper hybrid mattress, attached full size newly remodeled ensuite bath. Located on the first floor. There is a newborn/infant co sleeper/pack and play located in the closet of the first floor master suite. An additional infant pack and play crib is located in the closet of one of the second floor bedrooms. Bedroom 2: Full size sofa sleeper and 40 inch smart TV. Close access to 3/4 newly renovated guest bathroom. Located on the first floor. A fun place for the kiddos with Plenty of games, toys, Wii controller, doll house and a teepee tent! Laundry room- New full size washer and dryer for guest use. Bedroom 5: Located on the third floor this room offers a queen size bed with a new Casper Hybrid mattress. Additionally there is a full size futon sofa. This Private space with a door makes it perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a great space for someone who wants a little bit more privacy, as it is located on the third floor away from all of the other bedrooms on the first/second floor. -Full size futon sofa, bedding/pillows -Dresser **For your comfort, also provided in this room is a portable air conditioner for those warmer summer days. Our home is equipped with all of the comforts of home, including -6 Smart TVs with Roku for streaming Amazon, Netflix etc. -DVD player -WiFi/high speed internet throughout the home Additionally we provide: -clean linens/towels/washcloths -Premium mattresses -Premium bedding, Cotton Duvets with washable covers and throw blankets on all of the beds -Basic toiletries provided -iron -Hairdryers -infant co sleeper/pack and play -standard pack and play crib -children's high chair -Children's Snow gear and sleds also available for use-located in our mud room. -Gas BBQ grill-please note we do not provide propane. A short 15min walk to the Village, 10 min walk to Big Bear Lake and the play area/pool/tennis. 5 min easy drive thru residential streets to the Ski Resorts and shopping. 10 min drive to Big Bear airport. All of the luxuries of home included. Our large family loves it here and so will yours! Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin, mud room, back yard. Use of snow gear, baby gear, BBQ, back yard, outdoor games. Early check in or late check out is available by request if availability permits-for an additional $150 fee. Early check/late check out must not conflict with other reservations or cleaning schedule. Other things to note Please note although our house is permitted to fit 11 guests total, in accordance with the city of Big Bear Lake’s occupancy ordinance-only 10 of those can be adults. Additional guests or visitors except for the ones indicated on the reservation are not allowed on the property at any time. -No smoking of any kind inside or outside our property. -$800 refundable security deposit collect at the time of reservation in order to ensure all city ordinance rules are followed. -$125.00 for each pet (we do not allow cats) Pets must not be left on the property unsupervised at any time. -Renter must be present at check in and throughout the entire stay. -Please note: Our cabin is in a quiet neighborhood. We respect our long term neighbors. Therefore, no parties, events or loud music. Please do not trespass on private property. -Propane Gas BBQ Grill Provided-please note we do not provide propane.
