Created with families/groups of 10-12 in mind, it has everything needed for an enjoyable trip! 2,000 square feet. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. 1 queen master bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom. Master shower has full body sprays. Loft above master with 5 beds, air mattress, couch, games, smart & directv, plenty of board games & toys for kids of all ages. There is a bathroom with shower/tub on main floor. All bedrooms are equipped with humidifiers and white noise machines. Living room with fireplace (wood is supplied), two guitars, vintage turntable & killer vinyl collection, Ms. Pac Man game and two smart TVs & directv. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 10. Hot tub. Large porch with plenty of seating and large BBQ grill. River/fly fishing on property. Cabin is on 5 acres and is adjacent to another 5 acres to the north that haven’t been built on. Closest house (to the south) and cabin are separated by change in elevation so a sense of privacy is maintained. That property to the south has horses which are nice to see. 14er views to the west. You can see hwy 9 to the east from back porch. We highly recommend traveller's insurance. Please understand that getting Covid does not automatically qualify you for a refund if you need to cancel. Although the cabin was built in 2001 and has all the amenities you’ll need - it was built with rustic materials and is located in a rural setting, therefore it’s important to note the following: -Internet is Starlink and very reliable. -Cabin sits at above 10,000’ elevation and you could be affected. Research altitude sickness and prepare. -Cabin has rustic/unfinished wood floors and slippers are recommended, especially for kids (occasional splinters). -4 wheel drive is highly recommended in snowy months. The last section of driveway is slightly steep and ices up. 2wd will not make it up when leaving cabin. 2wd cars can park before the hill and walk down to the cabin, but be aware it will be icy/snowy. -Driveway is plowed in snowy months and the cleaner shovels front steps/access to front door. It may snow again before your arrival and you might have to shovel front steps. You will have to shovel walkway to hot tub.
