Beautiful private entrance 2 bedroom private bath

Very private quiet beautiful space. You will enjoy the entire lower lower level of the home ..Comfortable living room with a fireplace and also two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed the other bedroom has two single beds.. there is one bathroom.. There is also a mini refrigerator, a microwave , coffee maker and a small bar with a sink.. Access to kitchen upon request. There is a private entrance on the lower level. well behaved pets are welcome. There is $20 per dayfee For each animal . The space Very tranquil, beautiful view from the living area..private entrance.. Comfortable beds. Very safe. Guest access Kitchen upon request.The deck Is available to you at any time. During your stay Only when needed....we are friendly but respect your privacy. Other things to note There are two televisions in this space. There’s also a toaster oven. Please don’t use the toaster oven and the microwave at the same time. The neighborhood is very rural and peaceful The house is very comfortable and beautiful in 10 acres of forest. very private very quiet.3 miles from the 65 freeway. 12 minutes to downtown Franklin. 30 minutes to Nashville. 35 minutes to the airport.We have a Tito’s Mexican restaurant, Umi Japanese restaurant, and soul shine pizza, 3 miles from our house. Turn right out of our driveway over the freeway and the restaurants and Publix are there.:)
