Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12. The space This is my second home on Air BnB. My first is in Monterey, CA and has a 5-star rating. We have a wonderful housekeepers and the home is spotlessly clean. There is a queen bed downstairs and bath with shower; upstairs ensuite bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. I provide coffee, tea, bath products, paper towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. Guest access We keep the office and few closets for personal storage. There is plenty of room for your things in an upstair armoire and dresser and downstairs closet and dresser. The Master Bedroom and Ensuite Bath are upstairs. My family uses the house for small family gatherings when not rented as an Air BnB. My children have severe allergies to animals. Please honor their medical condition and do not bring animals of any kind into the home. Thanks so much for understanding. The home is for registered guests only.
