The space This three story home gives guests access to the Second and Third levels of the home. Lower level is owner occupied and will remain locked and inaccessible throughout your stay, this includes no garage access. Owner may or may not be occupying the lower level at the time of your stay. Lower level is completely separate from the main home/rental space. This Kure Beach home is an open floor plan, great for hanging out with the family. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home offers four different private porches. One on the front with rocking chairs and an outdoor dining area. Three porches on the back of the home! The upper level deck is a widows watch boasting with ocean views. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from the deck off of the master suite! The ground level outdoor area is a shared space with the owner. This includes the yard, rinse hose and outdoor rinse shower. Please be respectful of shared spaces. Guest access Guests have full private access to the two main floors of the home which are located on the second and third floors of the listing. Private and full access to all porches. Shared outdoor ground level amenities with the owner. Other things to note The downstairs lockout will be dead bolted during your stay and may or may not be owner occupied during your stay.
