If you have to invite additional guests, you must receive a written approval from us. - We do not offer enough of these supplies for extended stays beyond your reservation and we do not refill the supplies during your stay. Items we include are - Coffee, Cream, Sugar Packets, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap, Bed Linens, Bath Towels, Trash Bags -A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay! -IMPORTANT: Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. -There is no smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, or drunken behavior allowed on the property, on or in the home. If you or your guests smoke on or in the property, there is a $500 fine for this violation. -Pets are never allowed in the home unless approved by the homeowner and in writing. -For your safety and security reasons, our homes have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras that record 24/7. -Please note the check-in and check-out times (Check out 10:00AM and check in 3:00PM). We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested with an additional charge of that is to be paid prior to gaining access to the property.
