About this guest house is a fresh add on to their beautiful home sitting just outside of the peaceful city of San Marcos. Come get away from the city life in this 2 bedroom and 1 bath guest house. It will comfortably accommodate you and your guest. The space: Our guest house features: 2 Bedrooms with Queen size beds. Each with their own smart tv loaded with apps ,YouTube) Wifi available. 1 full size bathroom with tile, kitchen appliances, Fresh furniture, Central heating and air conditioning. Access to private entrance and on site parking. As well as a small furnished patio on the side with its own private entrance to the guest House ,Hot tub available with private fence around. Sitting just between Austin and San Antonio adventures are endless. Guest access: Guest have access to entire guest house with fully equipped kitchen and a full size bathroom. We have provided some basic toiletries but guest are encourage to bring personal items for your stay as well as food. We provide fresh clean sheets to all our guest. we are outside of the San Marcos city and we run our own septic tank system, for that reason we ask kindly to our guest that do not dispose baby wipes, etc.. on the toilet to avoid any possible problems As our property is located outside city limits in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets or scorpions which are part of the local ecosystem, to ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control both outdoor and indoors , however we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids,. leave your valuables at home or keep it with you , we won't be responsible for them Other things to note unauthorized persons are not allowed on the property SECURITY CAMERAS NOTICE., For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at he entrance ,parking lot and back yard of the apartment. These cameras are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We please ask that you keep it to a 2 car max No pets allowed
