Villa in Montepulciano with a Pool

The Villa "I Girasoli" is part of the holiday farm "Il Serraglio" which covers 17 hectares. The Villa has a total area of 220 square meters that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with an antique fireplace. Free WiFi. Pool is shared with other guests of our property. * The space The Villa is part of one of the first Agriturismo in the area, "Il Serraglio" (1989), which stands on the old church of Santa Maria del Serraglio founded in 1536. Inside the Biological Farm Il Serraglio, we produce Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, over with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, also BIO, and white truffle. Reserved for all of the guests of our Agriturismo, two swimming pools. A longitudinal, of 16 meters, the other circular, with whirlpool. Guest access The company, with its vineyards, olive groves, woods and truffle can be entirely visited by our guests. Indeed, we invite you to do so :) Within the estate, you can trekking to see the centennial oak or walk about 2 km through the woods and streams to come across fallow deer, roe deer and hares.
