Access to apps or email is needed for all notifications & communication. The space Close to everything in Downtown Bay City. This apartment is south-facing on the second floor. Guest access Self check-in. We provide a parking pass for on-street parking. Parking passes are not needed for one night stays or weekend only stays. Other things to note We provide passes for on-street parking or in city lots nearby. We do not allow dogs, and Michigan law prohibits the smoking of any substance (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes/vaping) in short term rentals used by the public. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be added to your stay. There are security cameras located at the front door and in the hallway of the building.
