My home is close to Mendon Ponds Parks, Eastview Mall and Rochester, art, culture, and parks. You’ll love my home because of the outdoor space, the light, the safe neighborhood, the kitchen, the comfy queen bed, a personable hostess and friendly, small dogs. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers who appreciate a nice home. Responsible people from all walks of life are most welcome here. The space Just 20 minutes outside of Rochester, NY and Strong Museum of Play, GEVA Theatre, George Eastman House, Susan B Anthony House, Blue Cross Arena, and Strasenburgh Planetarium. We are 5 minutes from Mendon Ponds Park with 2,500 acres of woodlands, ponds, wetlands and a trail where the birds eat of out of you hand! Local restaurants are approximately 5 miles away and Eastview Mall is about 8 minutes from the house. Rural feel with urban conveniences. Guest access You may use the common areas and enjoy the yard. Off street parking. During your stay I will be friendly and helpful, but not impose upon your privacy. My dogs like to be petted and may try to sit on your lap. If you have pet allergies, we are not the right place for you. The dogs will bark when you arrive to greet you. They are friendly (read reviews) Other things to note You are welcome to use the microwave and refrigerator to reheat or store your leftovers. Due to my allergies, I ask that no shellfish be placed in the microwave for cooking. Guests staying more than eight days may use the kitchen.
