It only takes one minute to drive or 8 minutes to walk over to the beautiful Nokomis beach on Casey Key. Supermarkets, gas stations, banks, restaurants, bike/boat/kayak and jet ski rentals are close by. There are only three condos on the property. Calm neighborhood with lots of palm trees and other tropical plants. Enjoy your mornings sipping coffee on the patio. Walking through the bridge to the island, you can watch boaters sometimes followed by dolphins on the intercoastal waterway. We provide beach accessories. Free on site parking.
