Welcome to the getaway of your dreams! Located on a prime section of the lake, you'll have a front-row seat to lake life. The wrap-around deck is 20' to the water's edge and is a great place to grill, play games, or sit and relax. Crystal clear water and sandy bottom make for great water fun. Morning fishing from a private dock, hot summer days out on the lake swimming, long afternoons of yard games, and evening campfires are how your family will make memories on your next lake vacation. Our check-in time, set at 4:00 PM local time, and checkout time, at 11:00 AM local time, are designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxed start and end to your stay. Inside: The cabin boasts four bedrooms, each offering a unique and comfortable sleeping experience. Three of the four bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, complete with a full bed below and a twin above, perfect for families or groups. The living room has a loveseat, two chairs, a flat-screen television, a DVD player, DirecTV, and WiFi. The bathroom has a shower only, and we recently installed a new electric 60-gallon water heater. The eat-in kitchen is roomy and looks onto the living room, including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. A table-height counter between the kitchen and living room has four chairs. An armoire in the cabin's center holds games, extra sheets, and blankets. The dresser in the center holds bathroom towels and beach towels. The cabin's center opens to a two-story-high ceiling with windows and a ceiling fan. Outside: For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the north side of the cabin offers a large open area, spacious enough for volleyball, croquet, bocce ball, horseshoes, or lawn bowling. We also provide a paddle boat, a canoe, and two kayaks for our guests to use at no additional charge, perfect for exploring the nearby lake. For water enthusiasts, we have a paddle boat, a canoe, and two kayaks available for use at no additional charge. There is also a boat landing on the lake if you wish to bring your own watercraft. We kindly ask that you respect other boaters while on the lake. Little Dummy Lake can be accessed through a channel on the island's Eastside, but please note that depending on water levels, it may not be accessible to larger boats. Directly across from the cabin is an island for you to explore, but please remember that camping or fires are not allowed there. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have five external cameras strategically placed around the property, but rest assured, there are no cameras inside the cabin. We have five external cameras: 1. Driveway (facing East) 2. Yard (facing North) 3. Yard - fire pit side (facing South) 4. Front (facing South) attached to the treehouse 5. Lake (facing West) attached to a birch tree. There are no cameras inside the cabin. We are delighted to grant you full access to all cabin rooms, a privilege we extend to our esteemed guests. Please note, however, that the storage shed is off-limits.  We have hooks and chains between the two trees off the front deck for the hammocks in the main bedroom closet. Deck seating includes: A table with seating for six and a 9ft umbrella. A four-person high-top table with an umbrella. A smaller table with an umbrella. It's of utmost importance to keep the umbrella open when you're not using it or when no one is outside. This precaution is to prevent any potential damage that may be caused by the wind lifting the umbrella. We also advise against using the umbrella during heavy winds to ensure your safety and the longevity of our property.  With your comfort in mind, we have thoughtfully provided additional deck furniture. You'll find it on the other end of the deck, ready for you to relax and enjoy the view.  For your convenience, a propane grill is available. We want to ensure your safety, so please exercise caution when using it. Remember to clean and oil it after each use. Additional propane tanks are in the small shed attached to the cabin on the south side. Please text me with any questions, and I will do my best to answer you promptly if I am available. We have neighbors on either side who may or may not be vacationing while visiting. We expect guests at the cabin to be respectful of others and keep the noise down between 10 pm to 8 am. Parking is available behind the cabin and on the driveway. Parking is not allowed on the road. Please do not park on any grassy areas around the cabin. Cumberland is a very quaint small town, and you will find many beautiful shops, restaurants, golfing, and attractions. Some of our favorite places in Cumberland: Louis Meat Market, which is always busy, is a great place to pick up anything for the grill, and its meats are award-winning. Island City Coop: They have a bakery and many wondering organic fruits, vegetables, and other shopping items you might need. Louie's On The Lake for casual dining. The Corner Bar has fantastic pizza. Pete and Annie's world market: This is a great place to find fantastic coffee, quick breakfast foods, and gifts. They have unique and trendy gifts and a great coffee shop with free wifi. Cumberland Veterinarian Clinic: Just in case you need it. They are located on the south end of town and are excellent and friendly. Rice Lake is about 20 minutes east of the cabin and is a much larger town with a multiplex theater, shopping mall, etc. Turtle Lake Casino is approximately 20 miles south of Cumberland.
