Description

Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space The two-bedroom loft with three baths is located on the top floor in building A. Modern touches have been added to this condo to make it the perfect blend of mountain cabin and modern loft. There's plenty of square footage here to spread out and enjoy your stay, making it great for families or groups. An open floorplan great room along with spacious private sleeping areas create the best of both worlds in this chic Snowmass condo! Mountain chalet meets city loft in this uniquely blended condo. The great room is spacious and open, with black and white wooden beams overhead and a dramatic brick focal wall complete with a cozy fireplace. Put your feet up and relax on the sprawling leather sectional couch, where there’s plenty of room for the whole crew. A flatscreen TV in the corner provides options for entertainment, but it’s more likely that your eyes will be drawn to the wall of glass doors framed by a natural wooden beam wall. Oversized doors lead out to a private balcony, where your eyes will delight in distant mountain views. The dining area in this condo is integral to the living room and kitchen spaces, and provides a combination of bench and chair seating for casual meals in. The kitchen has been fabulously updated and the blend of natural wood walls with sleek granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances create a unique feel. There’s plenty of room for food prep and communal cooking around the spacious kitchen island. Pull a stool up to the island for a casual bite to eat before heading out on your day of mountain adventuring! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there are options for everyone when it’s time for a bit of solitude. The master bedroom is tucked away in the back of the condo and offers a spacious king bed and cute loft perfect for curling up with a good book. A full en suite bathroom offers a nice glass and tile shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is right across the hall from the second bathroom, which was recently remodeled. Head up to the loft to find four twin beds in a cozy sleeping area the kids will love. A full en suite bathroom in the loft makes this area equally convenient. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact throughout the stay. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidental purposes such as room charges, damages, or parking. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
