decor is casual and cozy; Queen size mattress is new. Ceiling fan and closet in room. Private Bath is across the hall from bedroom. Guests enter through front door where the guest room and bath is immediately there. Giving them ultimate privacy; owners room is on other side of house.The TV in this room as it is run by antenna, not cable. Giving you access to maybe 4 or 5 channels in English and 5 or so in Spanish. The local news station comes in clearly. The space This space is on a quiet street making it easy to relax and chill. But just a few miles away the town is awake and happening! With many waterfront pubs, eateries, music, shopping, theater and much more. The 'Old Town' is a walk around area with trolleys available free of charge to transport you from block to block. It also has a lovely boardwalk on the water to stroll after a great meal! We are Close to: 'Old town Stuart : 7 miles from the beach : Close to turnpike and I 95 (within 5 miles) : Johnathan Dickinson State Park (about 1/2 hour ride south) Guest access Guests have complete access to bedroom and bath. They may use the kitchen for morning coffee or tea or other beverage. Coffee, tea, water is available whenever they want. The washer and dryer is also available when needed. Guests may stroll and use the lawn area for casual seating and water views. This is a tobacco free space. No Dogs or Cats! During your stay Guests will have one parking space for their use. The driveway has large car trailer which houses my husbands "classic car" which he tinkers with. This trailer will pinpoint where the house is located. Other things to note While it's not Luxury; it is Clean, comfortable, cheerful and safe. Whether it's your destination or just passing through, I'm looking forward to hosting you. Thank-you.
