Hampstead Suite (across from MSUTexas)

This private suite is for the solo traveler or professional. This property has large pollinator and native plant gardens that nature lovers will enjoy. Located in a quiet family neighborhood, this suite is within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, trails, colleges, and an art museum. Long term tenants have laundry access. One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies. The space This suite is attached but there is no access to the main house. It has a private bedroom, bathroom, enclosed porch, and carport parking for the guest directly in front of the suite. TV has free streaming services and Roku guest mode, so guests can log into their own paid subscriptions safely. Guest mode will immediately log you out of your subscriptions as soon as you check out. Guest access Guest will have access to the suite and carport, hosts will not go into the suite unless an emergency or with permission from the guest. Long term guests may have access to our washer and dryer. Other things to note To keep our rate and cleaning fees minimal, we ask that our guest does not smoke in the suite, have extra or unauthorized guests, dye hair, use candles, and no pets. Images of the suite are taken before and after guests and we have security cameras on the exterior of our house. Guest damages to suite, amenities or supplies, will be charged to the registered guest at cost of materials and hourly wage of $15 for repairs and cleaning. Any unauthorized or extra guests will have a $40 per visit and additional fee and also fees for extra cleaning. Long term tenants will have access to laundry room. We routinely check all plumbing, electrical outlets, lights, locks, and smoke detectors to make sure guests have a safe and comfortable stay. But if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know asap. Service animals: Hosts, who clean up after your stay, are severely allergic to animals, so please be considerate. City and county ordinances only allow a certain amount of animals in residencies and we must follow these strict laws. The property is not animal friendly or child friendly, please see suite photos.
