Comfortably designed on one level. Open kitchen, living and dining with ceramic tiles and vaulted ceiling. All four bedrooms have carpet and French doors to wrap around deck that connects to the screen porch. Covered concrete parking area. Kayaks and wagon included. Rents Saturday to Saturday. The space No more than 8 guest allowed to stay at the house, number does not include infants. Our septic system will not accommodate more than 8 people and guest will be held accountable if more than 8 guest are at the house. No RVs/campers Please respect our neighbors privacy. Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00 am. Do not move furniture Brand new smart Roku TV. No cable. You may login into any apps you subscribe to. When you first turn the tv on you enter your check out date/time and it will automatically log you out on that date. Check in 4:00 pm.
