This beautiful, bright and large studio was recently renovated to bring it back to it's 1920's origin but with modern improvements. We kept the Victorian character but made it amenable to modern life. It is two blocks from Dolores Park and the Miracle Fire Hydrant. The vibrancy of the Valencia corridor and the Mission is just down the hill. The Church Corridor and Noe Valley are easily accessible via a short walk or short trolley ride. All points in the City are easily accessible via the J, the 14, the 33, the 22, the 37, the 24, and the F.
