The tentative start date for the pool resurfacing will be February 23, 2026, and if all goes well it should be completed March 6, 2026*** Welcome to the RECENTLY UPDATED Summer House Unit 1005A, a condo just STEPS away from the blissful, beautiful beach of Orange Beach, Alabama. Our condo is in a gated community, owner managed, family approved, and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation! Spend your day on the wonderful, white sands of OBA while you bask in the sweet sunshine. Umbrellas and chairs are available to rent if you wish or you are welcome to bring your own. Take a brief, beach break and enjoy a swim in the two-level, oceanfront pool, or relax in the shade while you soak in the indoor pool or jacuzzi. Don't forget to check out the sauna and fitness room also located in the pool house! Need a break from the beach and all things water? No worries! Summer House has you covered! Located directly across the street is our community center with a myriad of activities available to our guests. Tennis, pickleball, putting greens, basketball, games, and more! And something for the kiddos, a cool splash pad is available right across the street in the new Surf Style! Our fully stocked kitchen is ready when it's time to eat...just bring the food! Make sure to splurge at least one night and enjoy one of the delicious restaurants nearby. Cobalt's is a family favorite and comes highly recommended! After dinner make your way to the oversized beachfront, balcony to sip drinks and rest in the breeze before bedtime. When the time comes to settle in for the night, fully relax in a king sized bedroom with a private bathroom. Our 1st guest bedroom also has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with our 2nd guest bedroom, which has 2 full size beds. A full size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room. The unit is on the 10th floor and is the first condo to the right off the elevators. Several carts are available on the ground floor to help you get all your belongings up! Parking: Guest Vehicle Registration Certificates can be purchased at the guard shack or Summer House office upon arrival. Summer House limits 2 certificates per condo. $50 per certificate. Parking spaces are first come, first served, however, there is an overflow parking lot available across the street if needed. Although our family loves animals, we do not allow animals in the unit.
