Sleeping Arrangements • Bedroom 1: Full-size bed, ideal for a couple • Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin bunk beds—perfect for kids or for parents who want to stay close to little ones Home Features The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, and all the essentials for preparing meals. The cozy living room offers ample seating and a Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows or work remotely if needed. The recently updated bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. A washer and dryer are available on site for your convenience—though we hope your time is filled with fun, not laundry! About Charlevoix Charlevoix is a beloved Northern Michigan escape, known for hosting the Venetian Festival and Apple Fest. But no matter the season, there’s always something to do: • Summer: Beaches, golf, skate park, marina walks, community parks, local dining, microbreweries, boutique shopping, Mushroom House tours, breathtaking sunsets, and watching the iconic drawbridge rise for passing boats. • Winter: Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and sledding at local trails and resorts. While the home does not have air conditioning, fans are provided for guest comfort. Please Note This home is rented for quiet enjoyment only. Due to township rules, insurance policies, and liability restrictions: • No day guests are permitted without express permission from management. • Maximum guest capacity may not be exceeded at any time. Violations may result in fines or eviction per the terms and conditions agreed to at booking.
